Change to Delivery Charges

We wanted to let you know about a recent change to our delivery charges.

At Autarky, we always aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, but unfortunately, some changes are outside of our control. Our delivery partner, DPD, has increased their prices, which means our shipping rates have now changed:

UK Mainland – now £7.19

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Scilly Isles – now £22.24

We completely understand that any increase is frustrating, so to help soften the impact, we’ve lowered our free UK mainland delivery threshold to £30, making it easier to stock up on your pet’s favourites.
